The Tomorrows Book project was launched on september, 5, 2005, by the Jan van Eyck academie, together with the Charles Nypel Fundation.

This blog is a personnal research tool, used to gather pieces of informations considered as relevant for TBook research.

This research statements are, so far:
– Books are coded ensembles of codes (language, typography, softwares…).
– Independance of thought depends on independance of the codes.
– Tomorrows book depends on this independance.

– Finding bridges between litterature, art, and technology (the algorithme is a way).
– Is a practice of graphic design, according to those fields, possible?

In that context, a particular attention to Open Source softwares strategy is given.
